What are the benefits of Certification? 1.   International Recognition: World Tai Chi is internationally recognized for its strict standards on certification of its instructors.  Students must attend a certification seminar and demonstrate in front of the World Tai Chi board members.  For lower level certification, students can send in video tapes of themselves demonstrating mastery of the level material which the board will review for possible certification. For higher levels of certification the student must provide additional information such as years of teaching, references, current teaching program, etc., in order to be considered for certification. 2.   Receive Credit for Tai Chi and Qigong forms and sets. Many martial artists have learned various Tai Chi forms and Qigong sets over time without any system of rank advancement.  World Tai Chi Association will assign a certification rank based on the forms and sets you know and it will provide you the support and assistance to achieve higher levels. 3.    Support: With World Tai Chi certification, members receive a listing on our Web Site, members receive a monthly newsletter and access to the World Tai Chi newsgroup.  With access to the newsgroup you can ask questions and share ideas, entertain and educate plus access helpful files and forms to grow your business. 4.    Discounts: All members receive 20% discounts on seminars and on all video's and DVDs.
